From Concept to Click: Interactive eLearning & Microlearning Design

Best Practices in Sending Emails

Clear and professional communication is essential in client-facing roles, but interns and new team members were frequently struggling with email tone, structure, and clarity—resulting in miscommunications and reduced client confidence. To address this, I created a short animated microlearning video that models best practices for effective email writing.

Grounded in real-world examples, the video delivers concise, actionable tips in an engaging, easy-to-digest format. The animation format allowed for visual reinforcement of key points, making the content more memorable for new hires and interns.

Project Analysis:

  • Communication Strategy: Modeled clear, professional writing using realistic workplace scenarios.

  • Instructional Design: Applied microlearning principles to focus on a single, high-impact skill.

  • Media Development: Created and edited all visual and audio elements in Vyond for a polished final product.

Directive Coaching Style

New supervisors often struggle with delivering clear, actionable feedback—especially when navigating performance issues or time-sensitive challenges. To support frontline leadership development, I created a short animated microlearning video focused on directive coaching strategies.

This video introduces the core principles of directive coaching and models how to apply them through realistic workplace scenarios. The concise format allows learners to grasp the when, why, and how of directive coaching in under five minutes.

Project Analysis:

  • Content Focus: Broke down a nuanced leadership skill into a clear, actionable framework.

  • Scenario Design: Used workplace examples to model effective coaching conversations.

  • Multimedia Development: Designed all visual and voiceover elements for clarity and retention.
